what i’m trying to get you all to see is…that everybody should dress up on easter day!

Today is Easter in the Unit States. As part of my celebration of easter i’m going to listen to some rad easter tunes.
Crishy picked out some winners, oh man, that Rev. A.W. Nix kills me ! those harmonies on the Morris Family track, it just don’t get better!
In our part of the world people do dress up in pastels and listen to the reverend for easter, but i’d rather take to the street and parade. Caribbean revels: Haitian Rara & Dominican Gaga documents street music during the Easter celebrations of these people.
i’m going to parade this afternoon, i think.
word out!

Yes, that Rev. A.W. Nix and Morris Family is great stuff indeed, thanks crish.

The songs from the caribbean revels document are sounding pretty good too.

I like the idea of going out to the street and parade.
