great playlists. Particulary impressed to see lo borges in here, I’m sure you know EMI re-released his first gem of an album from 1972 a few months ago. Beautiful-
I’m a little bit obsessed with this Caetano Veloso song. Thank you!
Oh, nice…more brazilian stuff! :D~
hot!
Yr welcome! I cannot stop listening to that Valle track, and I’ll never tire of Baden Powell either.
Bravo.
big bossanova & samba junkie myself! people say it’s elevator music or woteva, but i don’t really care. i got hold of that SMOKEY & MIHO track sometime last year and it sounds pretty cute, considering that they’re both japanese. then again, anything jap is cute!
i still feel sad about SUBA’s tragic death a few years ago. he’s one of those guys who really pushed their music to the next level.
Marcos Valle on the other hand, is a living legend who still makes quality bossa tunes up to this day.
I recommend you guys listen to TOM & JOY. they’re a french duo, and their two albums released so far are really great!
