enfin, after 6 or 20 edits and after much arguing with myself this post wont be modified anymore I promise. This is the sort of thing that happens when you drink 3 cups of coffee and smoke 5/8 cigars per day during exam week, me, I become highly erratic and shy and I tend to mixup words.

I love the overall sound on these 6 songs, 4 of them come from french rock/chanson emblematic bands (although 2 of the songs here are sung in half spanish/french, 1 is in english and the other one is instrumental) and I also added at the final edit of the post an instrumental beirut song which is fairly simple in execution but I must confess it really does the trick for me and has finally got me fully interested on the much hyped name. Wish Zach Condon did more instrumental songs instead of ruining them (for me, at least) with his voice.
The last song is from a mexican duet which I just recently discovered, Rodrigo & Gabriela, doing a fine mixture of flamenco metal. Now I'm not a huge Metallica find but I think the second half of "Ixtapa" is inspired on one of their songs (can't tell which one tho) at least it sounds very familiar to me.

Good week everyone.
