胡美紅 (I have her romanized in Mandarin Chinese as Hu Mei-hong, but she is Taiwanese and sings in Taiwanese) has at least four collections released on Asia Records (Kaohsiung, Taiwan). I am trying to find out a bit more about her history as well, since she has been one of my favorite Taiwanese oldies singers for some time. She was signed with Haishan Records since at least 1969. I have a photo of a record of hers here: http://pics.livejournal.com/woquinoncoin/pic/000d0c61

There is a "Hu Mei-hong Dance Troupe" based in Yunlin, Taiwan. I wonder if she retired from singing and started a dance troupe, or if this is another Hu Mei-hong?
