		<description>yeah a lot of riotgrrrl bands are truely underated because they consciously seek independence and staying away from 90's record company scene.

Had the blog scene existed back then, they would be the biggest thing that happens since they rely on every do it yourself trick.

I think in the list itself I include some of my favorite common mis conception that a) girls can't do serious blues and b) girls can't do hardcore. Consciously or not, that was the big challange in term of music.

but I am thinking to do a little bit more on this type of list. It's really fun to do. Reading and digging. Tho' it's very time consuming compared to regular list. I am trying to find a) "sound" b) if mp3 blogging has any use beyond latest blurb. Can it be used to shape sound and idea and make connections.

Plus it's summer.</description>
