The coal stove is a must see: you'll have to wander back through the kitchen and tip your hat to the servers as you go, but none will stop you! It's interesting to note, the coal oven does more than to merely heat the pizza -- it's a source of flavor for the crust. You'll notice a black soot on the heel -- really good stuff. I think I'll be back there, but next time, no toppings on the pizza -- the best way to judge a good pizza is to get the margarita style: bread, tomato, basil and cheese.
