According to the tracklist on my cd this song is in fact <em>Population Control</em>. When I tried to rip it to mp3 I noticed how the CDDB software suggested a different tracklist from the one printed on the back of my cd case, that's when I found out about different tracklists. My copy of the album is the European issue from 2000, which is similar to the 2002 version on Amazon. Confusing would be an understatement.
