I left my donut in the dilithium chamber

There is so much novelty in the forms and rhythms furnished by these constructional methods, such novelty in arrangement and in the new industrial programmes, that we can no longer close our minds to the true and profound laws of architecture which are established on mass, rhythm and proportion: the “styles” no longer exist, they are outside our ken : if they still trouble us, it is as parasites. - Le Corbusier. Towards a New Architecture. (pp.286)
” In the Mood. Early Fall. ”
01. Thunderball - On The Sly
ESL Soundtracks: Modular Systems (Eighteenth Street, 2001)
02. Peter Tosh - Ketchy Shuby

Traum 100 (Traum, 2008)
04. Sofa Surfers - Gamelan

note: A little modern nostalgia. It’s structured atmospheric tracks. Imagine gazing out of window of superbly designed modern building. You feel like standing in a spaceship gazing out into a landscape of new planet. Planet earth. This is the soundtrack.

Still haven’t listened to the playlist but it picks my interest… think this might be the first time I see you post minimal techno.
I did post minimalist electronica before….
I studied for 3 years architecture in Naples (University Federico II)… what a beautiful time it was.
My favourite architect (and engineer) was Luigi Cosenza; these are, in my opinion, some of his best works: “villa oro, Posillipo” and “Progetto per una villa, Positano”, Progetto per villa “Matarazzo”

Le Corbusier was a genius as architect of biuldings (he introcuced the pillars, the ribbon window and the roof garden) but he isn’t very brilliant as urbanist
This playlist contains some good track but it is a bazar of different musical kinds. It’s the first bad playlist - in my opinion - I have ever seen on MDM

[...] Here’s a really chill mix from the folks whose site means “Chocolate-ish Coffee”, I think [Motel de Moka] [...]
hey.
this is really cool, that architecture can be inspiration for a playlist. i thought (perhaps vainly) i was the only one. i used the Aatrial House (my dream house) so my playlist i guess is a little more clinical. at least, it’s trying to be- i have a hard time being consistent and become more and more inclusive as i add songs. :(
maybe i should keep it shorter.
anyway you do it well, good job.

lol. shush…
this is pretty good. I checked it.
It has ok key change, rhythm is controlled, and nothing out of placed. Just imagine it’s a dubstep being taken apart piece by piece and being played at slower tempo.

Eya Andrea. LotusOverWater is the real architect around here. I think she is stirring up trouble in flickr as of late.
about list: most of the time my problem is not having enough songs to make flowing list. There are places to find stuff online…
I’ll compile one for people who like building lists…
Yes, you probably didn’t like someone of the playlist i did… :)
youre taking me to the end of, or new years days.
thanks this are the best playlists ive heard from any blog this year.
amor y paz.
