		<description>It is an allusion to a piece by Mexican poet, Monica de la Torre which I think holds a similar theme to that of &#039;holy dances&#039;.  The rest of the lyrics to the &#039;beach house&#039; song are:

&#039;Bury your maps, they&#039;ll take all your pots and pans
cross all your hands, one finger at a time
you&#039;ll be found in a land of savages.&#039;

More than a relation to the music in the post, this is more of a personal statement if you will, a suppression of my instincts and a desire to change some things that have been affecting my life as of late, and which I need to stop. I originally intended this playlist to be my greeting card for 2009, so the title might have made more sense 3 days ago as some sort of commitment for the new year.</description>
