Alex: as far as I remember the delicious playtagger (which is the one we use) doesn’t work properly with IE, I have some free time this week so I’ll try to find out how to fix this particular problem.

The player uses flash. (so you need to have flash player installed) Sometimes when the server is overloading, it takes awhile for the stream to start.

aside from that I highly recommend voiding IE. (user firefox and load it up with script, cookie and the rest of filters.)
