(careless love, 2004)
3. Ramsey Lewiswade in the water
(wade in the water, 1966)
4. Amy Winehouseback to black
(Back to black, 2007)
5. Lila Downscumbia del mole
(La cantina, 2006)
6. Belle & Sebastianease your feet in the sea
(the boy with the arab strap, 1998)
7. Blanket Musichyperballad (Bjork)
(read: interpreting bjork, 2004)
8. Cibellegreen grass (tom waits)
(the shine of dried electric leaves, 2006)
9. The MDH band & Milla Jovovichsatellite of love (lou reed)
(Million dollar hotel OST, 2000)
10. Jeff BuckleyLover, you should’ve come over
(Grace, 1993)

+ A sunday morning playlist, recommended while having late coffee and oranges. It’s pretty calm with the exception of the two last tracks perhaps, the former with Milla Jovovich misteriously screaming and gargling like a cat halfway through the song and pretty much ruining the sultry mood of the song and the latter featuring Jeff Buckley’s trademark vocal histrionics. The rest of the playlist is upbeat jazz and pop for the most part. Enjoy.

some trouble with the hyperballad cover didn’t notice it’s on m4a format… I’m transforming and reuploading. Check back for that one in around 10 mins.

amazing! lol thank you so much for sharing the pic, good to know I have a sunday breakfast accomplice :)
The “careless love” album is good, I particulary love the two covers; leonard cohen’s “dance me to the end of your love” and elliott smith’s “between the bars” but those i think fit more nocturne mood ;)

    Bon journée.

The song makes its imprint
in the air, making itself felt,
a felt world. Here, there,
the stunned silence

of knowing I will not remember
what I heard;

futures that will never happen,
a fluidity we cannot achieve
except as a child
creating possibility.

This is the untranslatable song
hidden in the earth.
