Inner Space

f1200017

“A schizophrenic out for a walk is a better model than a neurotic lying on the analyst’s couch. A breath of fresh air, a relationship with the outside world.”

- Deleuze & Guattari, Anti Oedipus: Capitalism & Schizophrenia, 1972

James Harpman - Moving Parts
(G-Spots: Music from the Studio Library, Trunk Records, 2008)
Sven Libaek - Inner Space Theme
(Ron & Val Taylor’s Inner Space OST, Festival Records, 1973)
Andras Fox - Silverbird
(Unreleased, 2007)
The Avalanches - Tonight
(Since I Left You, XL recordings, 2001)
Fred Weinberg - Electra-Loo
(Luke Vibert’s Nuggets, Lo Recordings, 2001)
Stro…from the Procussions - Play This Song
(Metro Sampler Line 2, Metro records, 2008)
Daedelus - Femme Fatal
(A Gent Agent, Laboratory Instinct, 2004)

note: Library music, a cut from a shark documentary soundtrack, reversing, crackle, wonky things occupying the parallax space between inside and out. That warm fuzzy feeling of being slightly detached from reality.

You post the best photos, you and your friends seem like a wicked bunch to hang out with.

Interesting playlist, the one I liked the most was your song. We seriously need to create MdM records and sign you in immediatly, Andras, the two songs I’ve heard from you so far are nothing short of amazing.

I totally missed the focus on my previous comment… perhaps I was misleaded by the fact I joined the title with the antennas I saw in the photo and - that’s for shure - by the reason why I did not payed attention on the notes. Sorry.

I also did not notice you are the author of one of these songs! Moka is right, your music it’s really amazing.
And… now approaching the playlist from the right direction I can say it double the good impression I have on it.

Looking forward to your next post. Thanks for sharing your time, ideas, imagination, art even with someone who sometimes does not deverve them.

    Ok? :) Ciao
